• Provide services and support as an International Development Program/Project Data Analyst DOL ILAB Monitoring Evaluation Learning (MEL) and Data Services aligned with the DOL ILAB Monitoring Evaluation Learning (MEL) and Data Services Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline in the Government and Public Services Sector Industry Sector. 
• This role focuses on Management And Operations Solutions for clients such as the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL ILAB) Bureau of International Labor Affairs (ILAB) including the Office of Child Labor Forced Labor and Human Trafficking and the Office of Trade and Labor Affairs Generally Located In Washington District of Columbia United States National Capital Region and across the CONUS/OCONUS - Mid-Atlantic Region (Of Country/World) Hybrid On/Off Client Site and Virtual.
• Monitor programs. Measure impact. Turn labor data into clear insights that drive smarter global action.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Provide Government and Public Services Sector-related Hybrid On/Off Client Site and Virtual Management and Financial Consulting Acquisition and Grants Management Support and Business Program and Project Management Services for DOL ILAB Monitoring Evaluation Learning (MEL) and Data Services as a Labor Category: Senior Consultant I with activities generally located CONUS/OCONUS - Mid Atlantic CONUS/OCONUS - Mid Atlantic Washington District of Columbia United States National Capital Region.
• Assess indicator validity reliability timeliness precision and integrity. Analyze project data update Excel grantee reporting annually and produce dashboards/network models.
• Check data. Measure results. Make patterns clear. 
• Data quality grantee reporting and analytical visualization

Qualifications :

• Demonstrated DQA indicator analysis spreadsheet maintenance and documented analysis of sensitive program data.

Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications

• Recommended: bachelors degree in statistics analytics economics or related field and demonstrated relevant analytical experience.
