Intern- Human Resources

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

•   Assist with recruiting activities including job postings candidate screening interview scheduling and applicant communications.
•  Support new hire onboarding and orientation processes.
•  Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy within HR systems.
•   Assist with updating and maintaining job descriptions and organizational documentation.
•  Participate in HR projects related to employee engagement retention workforce development and continuous improvement.
•   Gather analyze and report HR-related data utilizing Microsoft Excel Power BI or other reporting tools.
•   Support training and development initiatives including scheduling and tracking training activities.
•   Assist with planning employee events recognition programs and communication initiatives.
•   Help develop and update HR procedures standard work and process documentation.
•   Conduct research and benchmarking on HR best practices and employment trends.
•   Provide general administrative support to the Human Resources team as needed.
•   Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information at all times.

Qualifications :

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Organizational Leadership Psychology Communications or a related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel Word PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
