An outstanding full-time opening is available for an Interior/Exterior Designer to join a highly established cutting edge company on a full time basis that has experience in construction management for the fast fine dining restaurant industry. Job Description
- Design the interior and exterior of restaurant buildings
- Sketch Preliminary architectural design drawings
- Draw rough and detail scale plans
- Collaborate with team members to determine how interior space will function
- Creative Design
All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred
- 8 - 10 years experience in restaurant design/construction is a MUST
- Strong experience with AutoCAD Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop & Sketchup are a MUST
- Knowledge of federal state and local regulatory requirements
- Proficient in reading and understanding construction documents.
- Experience with MS Office Suite excel PowerPoint and PMP
- Revit is a big plus
