What Were Looking For

Previous Director of Nursing or nursing leadership experience
Strong Critical Access Hospital experience preferred
Knowledge of Acute Care Swing Bed and Long-Term Care operations
Excellent leadership communication and team-building skills
A passion for rural healthcare
