Experience:Two years of experience working with Special Education StudentsEducation:Equivalent to completion of the twelfth gradeTraining or coursework in child growth and development special education instructional technology or a closely related field desirable

- CPR/First Aid Certification (American Red Cross or American Heart Association )
- Letter of Introduction (Please include your experience qualifying you for this posiiton)
- Letter(s) of Recommendation (1-Within the last 12 months)
- NCLB Compliance (AA degree or 48 college semester units or passing of the school districts Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) testing)

The East Whittier City School District provides educational opportunities (transitional kindergarten through eighth grade including special education) for approximately 9000 children. The District employs approximately 1075 teachers administrators and support staff. We have 13 schools which operate on a traditional school year schedule.
