Job Summary
The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a Systems Integration Manager to support the Office of Naval Research (ONR). This position supports Government Program Managers in developing integrating accrediting and transitioning advanced technology capabilities for the Department of the Navy.
The Systems Integration Manager will coordinate across program management engineering cybersecurity acquisition and operational stakeholders. Responsibilities include managing technical programs and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) supporting procurement and acquisition activities coordinating systems engineering efforts and supporting government IT system accreditation through the DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF).
The ideal candidate will have experience with DoD technical programs RMF ATO/IATT activities IT system validation and accreditation and technical/program documentation. Experience with IT environments supporting model-based systems engineering (MBSE) and modeling and simulation (M&S) tools is highly desirable.
This position requires a minimum of four (4) days per week on-site in Arlington VA.
Responsibilities:
- Manage technical programs from planning through execution and transition.
- Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) project plans metrics and action trackers.
- Coordinate engineering cybersecurity procurement logistics testing and operational activities.
- Support establishment validation accreditation and sustainment of government IT systems.
- Develop and maintain RMF ATO/IATT and eMASS authorization documentation.
- Support cybersecurity compliance configuration management and operational testing.
- Prepare technical documentation executive briefings reports procedures and acquisition artifacts.
- Support budgeting procurement resource planning risk management and contract deliverables.
- Coordinate with Government customers industry partners and other stakeholders to ensure successful program execution.
Qualifications:
Required :
- Bachelors degree in Engineering IT Computer Science Cybersecurity Business or related field or equivalent experience.
- 7 years supporting DoD technical programs.
- Experience managing technical projects schedules budgets procurement and program execution.
- Experience developing and maintaining IMS using Microsoft Project or similar tools.
- Demonstrated experience with DoD RMF and government IT system accreditation/compliance.
- Experience supporting RDT&E programs and multidisciplinary technical teams.
- Strong technical writing organizational communication analytical and leadership skills.
- U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
- Ability to work on-site in Arlington VA at least four days per week.
Desired:
- Active DoD Secret clearance.
- Experience supporting the Department of the Navy ONR NAVWAR NAVSEA NAVAIR NATO or NIWC.
- Experience with ATO/IATT processes eMASS NIST SP 800-53 DoD 8510.01 and DISA STIGs.
- Experience supporting IT environments hosting MBSE or M&S tools such as ANSYS Cameo SolidWorks or OpenFOAM; cloud experience preferred.
- PMP Security CISSP or similar certifications.
- Experience with Agile project management technical proposals/business development or international defense programs.
