Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Integration DevOps Lead to support and manage enterprise integration platforms CI/CD processes and DevOps initiatives within a large-scale environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in platform engineering automation integration technologies and production support with expertise in TIBCO and related integration ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead DevOps and platform engineering efforts for enterprise integration environments.
- Design implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks.
- Support and optimize large-scale integration platforms ensuring high availability and performance.
- Manage source control repositories and deployment processes using tools such as Git Bitbucket and SVN.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Shell Maven Ant or similar technologies.
- Monitor troubleshoot and resolve production issues across integration environments.
- Collaborate with development infrastructure and operations teams to streamline deployment and release processes.
- Work closely with distributed and offshore teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures for recurring issues.
- Support database-related activities and integration workflows involving SQL environments.
Required Qualifications
- 10 years of overall IT experience with at least 5 years in DevOps Platform Engineering or Integration Engineering roles.
- Strong expertise with enterprise integration platforms with TIBCO experience highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools automation frameworks and release management processes.
- Experience with source control systems such as Git Bitbucket and SVN.
- Scripting experience using Shell Maven Ant or similar technologies.
- Strong SQL and database environment experience.
- Proven experience managing and supporting large-scale integration environments.
- Strong troubleshooting production support and incident management skills.
- Experience working with distributed and offshore teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in fast-paced environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with API management platforms such as Mashery.
- Performance testing experience using tools such as JMeter.
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise system integrations.
- Strong understanding of integration architecture and middleware technologies.
