The Moore Agency is a growing Allstate agency committed to protecting what matters most to our customers. We are seeking a motivated bilingual insurance professional to help us expand into new markets across Tennessee Mississippi and Arkansas. While our office is based in Collierville TN we are open to candidates outside the immediate area who bring strong sales skills and the ability to connect with diverse communities.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a self-driven bilingual Personal Insurance Sales Professional to grow our personal lines book of business. Spanish/English is preferred but not required; This role is ideal for someone who is disciplined goal-oriented and comfortable managing their time independently while building relationships across multiple states.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell and service personal lines insurance products including auto home renters and umbrella
• Prospect and develop new business opportunities in TN MS and AR
• Build obtain and maintain new referral sources while nurturing existing referral partner relationships
• Build strong long-term client relationships through excellent customer service
• Conduct policy reviews and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
• Meet or exceed sales and retention goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with Allstate guidelines

Qualifications:

• 
  
• Active Property & Casualty insurance license preferred
• Willingness to obtain or transfer licenses in TN MS and AR if not already licensed
• Self-starter with a strong sales mindset
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Prior insurance or sales experience preferred; willing to train the right candidate based on interview and transferable skill sets
