Brightway Insurance is hiring a licensed Insurance Sales Producer on behalf of Brightway The Pihl Agency (Jacksonville FL) in Jacksonville FL. This is a full-time in office sales role with access to Brightways national carrier network agency support infrastructure and uncapped earning potential.

What Youll Do

• Sell personal lines insurance products (auto home life) to new and existing customers
• Manage your pipeline and follow up with inbound leads provided by the agency
• Consult with customers to identify the right coverage for their needs
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets in a performance-driven environment

What Were Looking For

• Licensed P&C sales agent 1-3 years
• Strong communication skills and a consultative approach to selling
• Self-motivated goal-oriented and comfortable working independently
