Job Description

You would serve as an instructor in the Department of Urology. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Establishing a first-rate independent research program in the field of urology.
Establishing yourself as an outstanding educator of medical and graduate students in the field of urology.
Developing a national reputation in your field and participating in professional service to your discipline.
Participating in departmental activities to enhance scholarly productivity training of the next generation of scientists and other activities related to the academic missions of the department or the SOM.
Developing professional relationships with students fellows colleagues staff administrators and executive leadership.
Submit as lead PI/co-PI at least two R-level NIH proposal or equivalent such as department of defense American Cancer Society and Prostate Cancer Foundation grants within the first two years of appointment.
Collaborate as co-investigator on research proposals with internal and external researchers.

NOTE: Position tasks are generally required to be performed in-person at an Emory University location. Remote work from home day options may be granted at department discretion. Emory reserves the right to change remote work status with notice to employee.
