This position reports to:

Technical Training Manager

As an intern you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience through various projects. Each day you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your skills by supporting ABBs operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.

The work model for the role is remote.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Collaborating with various teams to support ABBs operations ensuring effective coordination and timely project completion within the defined timelines.

  • Responsible for all assigned product training requirements including but not limited to online e-learning how-to-videos webinar content virtual classroom content and face-to-face content creation as well as maintenance
    improvements and updates as needed.

  • Assists in the needs assessment process and makes suggestions to improve design creation innovation and updatesof training programs or materials.

  • Collaborates with other Instructional Designers and subject matter experts in the development of train-the-trainermaterials enhancing the demonstration of delivery concepts and improving the customer journey.

  • Requires ability to storyboard and develop easily accessible and understood technical solutions based on applicationand specific customer needs.

Qualifications for the role:

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelors or masters degree program in Instructional Design Marketing Business Administration Teaching/ raining or related fields in the United States.

  • Intern must have reliable transportation to and from the worksite.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorshipnow and in the future.

  • Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze complex situations and develop strategic solutions.

  • Effectively organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

  • Exhibit the capability to manage several tasks at once while maintaining high standards of quality.

  • Collaborate with team members to convey ideas share information and provide updates on project progress.

The hourly rate is determined by things such as the successful applicants qualifications graduation year and experience. This position is expected to pay between $20 - $34 per hour.
