This position ensures every installation is completed to company quality standards manufacturer specifications and applicable building codes while delivering exceptional customer serviceESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESLoads and unloads materials from truck onto work product to specified size as parts in specified relationship to each trueness of knowledgeable of OSHA regulations and applies safety requirements in daily work (e.g. wearing hard hats steel toe work boots fall prevention requirements etc.)Operate a company vehicle and trailer to transport materials tools and equipment to and from job sites as erects and repairs wooden structures for decks garage landings stairs and railing; reads blueprints or sketches or from verbal local building codes to ensure that structures comply with structural safety and other regulatory hand tools and power tools to saw to size nail shim fit and finish wooden work area neat and orderly; ensures that premises are cleaned and debris is appropriately disposed at the end of the work and paces own work efficiency in order to meet daily weekly project or team related production and observes all safety procedures and practices in order to prevent injury to self or co-workers; attends periodic safety meetings as required; may recommend changes to improve safety duties as RESPONSIBILITIESThis job has no supervisory REQUIREMENTSTo perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
