Installer Apprentice Helper

ScaleHouse Talent is partnering with a growing home remodeling company to add motivated people to their installation team. Theyre looking for hardworking dependable individuals who want to learn a skilled trade develop their skills and build a long-term career with a company that invests in its people.

As an Installer Apprentice / Helper youll work alongside experienced installers to complete bathroom remodeling projects in customers homes. Youll learn the trade hands-on develop your installation skills and have a clear path to advance as your skillset and performance grow.

• $33/hour starting pay with additional bonus opportunities.
  
• $75K average first-year earnings with top helpers earning $100K.
  
• Annual cost-of-living increases plus opportunities to move up tiers based on skill attitude performance and quality of work.
  
• Company-provided van tools and materials only basic personal tools such as a tape measure utility knife or drill are expected.

• 4 weeks of PTO after 6 months prorated during the first year.
  
• Paid hands-on training and mentorship from experienced installers production managers and a corporate trainer.
  
• Clear path for advancement from Helper to Lead Installer and eventually Production Manager.
  

• Work alongside experienced installers to complete bathroom remodeling projects in customers homes.
  
• Assist with demolition preparation installation and job-site cleanup.
  
• Learn and apply proper installation techniques tools and best practices.
  
• Maintain a clean professional and respectful work environment inside customers homes.
  
• Work efficiently with your installation partner while maintaining high standards for quality.
  

• Strong work ethic and willingness to work hard.
  
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  
• Comfortable starting early and working until the job is complete.
  
• Ability to use a measuring tape and basic hand tools.
  
• Previous construction remodeling plumbing or carpentry experience is a plus but not required.
  
• Reliable dependable and able to communicate effectively with your team.
