Installation Support Technician

Nesco Resource is seeking a dependable Data Center General Labor / Installation Support Technician to assist with a short-term project supporting equipment modifications material handling and site cleanup within a data center environment.

This is a short-term assignment to start with the potential to return for additional as-needed project work based on customer demand.

• Remove small bolts and hardware from equipment using basic hand and power tools.
• Remove and relocate lightweight metal components/panels.
• Stack and organize removed parts on pallets for shipment.
• Assist with preparing staging and securing materials for shipping.
• Maintain an organized and clean work area.
• Remove packaging debris and other materials from the work area.
• Follow onsite safety procedures and direction from the project lead.
• Perform other general installation and project-support tasks as needed.

• Comfortable using basic hand tools and power tools.
• Impact driver/screw gun and basic hand tools preferred.
• Able to perform hands-on work including bending standing lifting and moving materials throughout the shift.
• Reliable and able to follow instructions in a data center environment.
• Previous data center construction installation warehouse mechanical or general labor experience is helpful but not required.
