This position involves the installation maintenance and troubleshooting of security audio-visual (AV) and networking systems in residential and commercial spaces to meet clients high expectations and ensure their satisfaction with our services.

• Install and configure security AV and networking systems based on customer requirements
• Conduct diagnostic tests and perform repairs where necessary to ensure optimal system performance
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers
• Keep detailed logs of work performed and inventory used
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards during all installations and repairs
• Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer experience

• Proficiency in security systems AV setup and network configurations
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid drivers license and a clean driving record

• High School diploma or GED required
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Relevant certifications in security systems networking or AV technologies are a plus

The position involves working both indoors and outdoors potentially in various weather conditions. Physical demands include standing lifting and using tools for an extended period.
