We are looking for an Inspector for our Infrastructure team!
Responsibilities
Deliver the OWN Experience every day by focusing on what drives our successClients OWNers Safety Quality and Financial Health.
Conduct thorough on-site inspections of infrastructure projects assessing compliance with design specifications construction standards and regulatory requirements.
Review project plans specifications and blueprints to gain a comprehensive understanding of project requirements and objectives.
Perform measurements tests and computations as necessary to accurately assess project progress and compliance.
Prepare detailed reports documenting inspection findings including non-compliance issues and recommendations for corrective action.
Provide technical assistance and support to contractors and other stakeholders addressing construction issues and ensuring adherence to project requirements.
Review and approve contractor submittals including materials shop drawings and equipment ensuring compliance with project specifications.
Attend project meetings including pre-construction and progress meetings actively contributing with your expertise and guidance as needed.
Collaborate closely with project managers engineers and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes and timely completion.
Utilize computer applications including Microsoft Office and other relevant software to accurately record inspection data and generate reports.

Requirements
3 years of experience in private land development construction inspection or a related field.
Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles practices and standards applicable to private land development projects.
Familiarity with federal state and local regulations governing construction and development activities.
Ability to read and interpret construction plans specifications and blueprints with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal to effectively convey inspection findings and recommendations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities enabling accurate assessment of project compliance and identification of corrective actions.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively as part of a project team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other relevant computer programs to record and report inspection data.
Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
