Inspection Quality Control Specialist I

Milacron is looking for a 2nd Shift Inspector Simulation to join our team in McPherson this position you will be responsible for inspecting and simulating new and rebuilt screws to specific tolerances operating simulation equipment to verify screw specifications and supporting quality standards across multiple Youll Do:Create check-in cards for use with job up and operate simulation equipment to check gaps between screws at various stages including CNC Threadmill Finish Inspect and Pre-Inspect screw dimensions and specifications against engineering precision measuring instruments to ensure compliance with required and document quality issues during inspection position and transport workpieces using a job-specific hand tools safely and closely with production machining and quality teams to resolve issues and maintain inspection activities related to machining nitriding chrome plating coatings and screw :1 years of related experience or training or an equivalent combination of education and to read and interpret blueprints and technical of shop mathematics and quality inspection using precision measuring to safely operate hoists and handle School Diploma or equivalent School Certificate :Monday through Friday 4:00 PM to 12:00 AMOvertime and Saturdays required as neededTeam:Work within one of three inspection groups: Simulation Digital and Finish a team of approximately 10 associates working across multiple shifts.
