Job Functions
Excellent Customer Service
Answer incoming calls with proper phone etiquette
Promptly respond to all emails voicemails and phone calls
Promptly and accurately process customers orders quotes or returns
Provide follow up on quotes and orders throughout sales process
Obtain and communicate accurate information
Provide pricing availability and delivery information
Set up new customer accounts
Handle and resolve customer complaints while escalating to appropriate managers when
necessary

Qualifications :

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS
Basic understanding of product lines represented
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices preferably with experience in an
office environment
Ability to work both independently and in a teamwork environment
Experience using Microsoft Outlook Word & Excel
