What Youll Do

Have phone conversations with prospective customers generated through our marketing campaigns and other sources
Listen to understand each callers needs and answer their questions with confidence
Develop a thorough understanding of our products services and pricing so you can speak to them naturally
Recommend the right solutions to convert these inquiries into sales
Enter notes re your conversations action items etc.
Collaborate with teammates to schedule service for our new customers and help provide an excellent customer experience

What Were Looking For

3 years of experience in a customer-facing role involving similar responsibilities
A track record of success in customer service sales experience preferred
Excellent verbal communication skills including a friendly confident professional phone presence
Comfort learning product details and explaining them clearly to customers
A self-starter attitude with strong follow-through and attention to detail
