WhatWereLooking For:

• SalesExperience:Minimum of 1 month of customer-facing experiencerequired; 3 years preferred.
• License:ActivePersonal Lines or Property & Casualty licensepreferred(training and exam fees provided).
• Education:High School Diploma or GEDrequired; College degree preferred.
• Excellent communication skills withthe abilityto build rapport quickly.
• Adaptable detail-oriented and able to prioritize and multitask across platforms.
• Experienced in high-volume call centers with KPIs and measurable goals.
