Our Phoenix branch is looking to strengthen its team withhigh-performinginside sales professionals who canoperateat a fast pace and make an immediate impact.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a fast-paced inside sales role focused on handling customer demand supporting outside sales and driving order accuracy and efficiency.

Youllbe responsible formanaging inbound calls preparing quotes processing orders and supporting customers frominitialrequestthrough delivery. This role requires urgency attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.

Werelooking for someone who can step in take ownership and raise the level of performance on the team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle inbound customer calls emails and walk-in support

• Provideaccuratepricing product information and availability

• Prepare and process quotes and sales orders efficiently

• Support outside sales with quoting order tracking and follow-ups

• Monitor order status backorders and delivery timelines

• Resolve customer issues and process returns as needed

• Identifyopportunities to upsell and expand customer relationships

• Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure accuracy and fulfillment

WHATWERELOOKING FOR

• At least 1 year of inside sales counter sales or customer-facing experience in plumbing HVAC industrial or building materials

• Ability to handle a high volume of work with speed and accuracy

• Strong communicationand customer service skills

• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced team-driven environment

• Experience with Epicor Eclipse is a plus
