Inside Sales Representative

Location: Miami FL Employment Type: Full Time Onsite Industry: Elevator Service Repair Modernization & Installation Experience: Elevator HVAC Plumbing Electrical Mechanical or Construction

We are seeking a highly organized detail driven Inside Sales Representative to support our elevator service and modernization sales team. This role is ideal for someone with a technical background (HVAC plumbing electrical mechanical construction or elevator) who is customer focused strong with follow up and confident selling technical products and solutions.

You will handle incoming inquiries prepare quotes support field sales and help drive revenue through exceptional customer service and accurate proposal development.

• Handle inbound customer calls emails and service inquiries with professionalism and urgency.

• Prepare repair service and modernization quotes based on technical information provided by field teams.

• Support outside sales with proposal creation pricing and customer follow up.

• Maintain CRM data track open quotes and follow up to close opportunities.

• Review job details photos and field notes to ensure accurate scope and pricing.

• Coordinate with technicians supervisors and dispatch to gather information needed for quotes.

• Assist customers with product information service options and scheduling.

• Build strong relationships with building managers contractors and property owners.

• Ensure all documentation is accurate complete and compliant with company standards.

• Support general office operations as needed.

• Experience in HVAC plumbing electrical mechanical construction or elevator industry (required).

• Prior inside sales customer service or estimating experience preferred.

• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn elevator components and terminology.

• Excellent communication skills and a customer first mindset.

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow through.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus.

• Ability to read basic technical notes photos or job descriptions.

• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment with shifting priorities.

• You enjoy technical problem solving and helping customers understand solutions.
