Inside Sales RepresentativeLocation: Anchorage AK Yard (Lois Drive)Join Our Team!We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our Lois Drive this role you will be the primary point of contact for retail customers providing exceptional service product expertise and sales support. You will help customers find the right products for their projects prepare estimates and quotes process orders and contribute to a positive customer you enjoy building relationships providing solutions and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same wed love to hear from ResponsibilitiesProvide outstanding customer service to retail customers through walk-in interactions telephone calls and email customers with product selection pricing availability returns and exchanges using knowledge of company products and promote and sell building materials products services and related material estimates and quotes for projects such as decks fences stairs sheds and other small-scale construction customer orders accurately and coordinate delivery daily workload efficiently to meet productivity project and team customer engagement initiatives including workshops and educational routine customer concerns and escalate complex issues when with store operations including merchandising signage inventory management stocking and general all company safety policies and procedures while promoting a safe work environment for employees and School Diploma or GED of six (6) months of sales customer service or related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and communication and interpersonal to provide excellent customer service while multitasking in a busy retail computer skills and ability to learn order-entry of building materials lumber hardware or construction-related preparing estimates and quotes for residential building Requirements & Work EnvironmentCombination of office retail warehouse and outdoor work to varying weather and temperature to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the bending stooping kneeling and to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 80 occasionally operate tools and equipment such as hand tools saws forklifts and pallet jacks to assist Join UsWe offer a collaborative team environment opportunities for professional growth and the chance to build a rewarding career with a company committed to customer service safety and employee today and become part of a team that helps customers build improve and achieve their project goals.
