Inside Sales Representative

Summary/ObjectiveThe Inside Sales Representative role supports our gasket fastener and hose business. This position would maintain and grow customer support and sales. Additionally assist in the re-engagement of potentially lost FunctionsReceiving calls/e-mails from customersResearching and quoting customers on parts and/or servicesOrdering partsManaging sale price and GPCommunicating receipt of parts to customersAssist in the inventory maintenance of service partsAssist in the accuracy and timely billing of parts serviceCustomer retention and engagementAssisting in generating leads for service and salesCompetenciesGood written and verbal communication skillsDetail-orientedSelf-motivatedKnowledge of Excel is a plus but not necessaryBackground in customer servicePosition Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday.
