Inside Sales Representative

Pay: $17.00$19.00 per hour plus commission

Day Shift: MondayFriday 9:00 AM4:00 PM
Evening Shift: MondayFriday 3:00 PM10:00 PM
Weekend Schedule: SaturdayTuesday 9:00 AM6:00 PM

Sparta Networking is hiring Inside Sales Representatives for a growing team in the travel and hospitality industry.

This is an inbound phone-based position where you will speak with customers who have expressed interest in travel opportunities. You will answer questions explain available options identify what the customer is looking for and help them move forward with the best available offer.

This position is a good fit for someone who is confident on the phone motivated by goals and comfortable asking for the sale. Previous travel experience is not required and paid training is provided.

• Handle inbound calls from customers interested in travel-related offers
• Build rapport and learn about each customers travel interests
• Explain available packages promotions and reservation options
• Recommend offers based on the customers needs and preferences
• Address questions and overcome objections professionally
• Ask for the sale and guide customers through the booking process
• Enter customer information and call notes into the company system
• Follow established sales procedures and compliance requirements
• Work toward individual and team sales goals
• Follow up with interested customers when needed
• Maintain a professional positive attitude throughout each shift

• Strong verbal communication and listening skills
• Comfortable speaking with customers and making sales by phone
• Motivated by goals incentives and commission opportunities
• Friendly persuasive and confident communication style
• Ability to explain information clearly and answer customer questions
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Basic computer and data-entry skills
• Ability to learn new systems and follow a structured sales process
• Positive attitude and willingness to accept coaching
• Must be at least 18 years old

Previous experience in sales call centers customer service hospitality retail reservations or telemarketing is helpful but not required.
