Inside Sales Representative

There is currently an urgent need for a strong inside sales representative with a hunter mentality to join a well-established steel detailing and connection design company. This opportunity is located near St. Louis MO and is offering a lucrative base salary plus commission and excellent benefits package which includes comprehensive insurance plans 401K with company matching generous PTO and other great perks. An ideal candidate should to be experienced in generating new leads among fabricators and general contractors. Prior experience with steel products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate existing leads and generate new leads via phone and email

• Prepare sales forecasts for daily meetings with CEO

All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration:

• A minimum of 3-5 years of inside sales experience within the construction industry
• MUST be familiar selling to fabricators general contractors and sub-contractors
• Prior sales experience with steel miscellaneous metals and other construction materials a plus.
• Strong hunter mentality
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
