While the last several years have seen Jetty grow exponentially we continue to be committed to craft working with small farmers producing the cleanest and tastiest products and contributing to our communities. As we do so we continue to support the Shelter Project the companys in-house compassion program that has been providing free cannabis oil to cancer patients since 2014.

The Inside Sales Representative plays a critical cross-functional role that bridges internal sales operations and external retail partnerships. This role is responsible for ensuring that sales reps are empowered with the tools data and systems to perform while ensuring dispensary clients have a smooth consistent and value-driven experience from onboarding to reorder.

• Manage order entry and accuracy coordinate with Sales reps and retail partners on fulfillment and delivery issues.

• Submit and track retailer credits and adjustments reconcile promotional credits.

• Support resolution of mispacks returns OOS items manifest discrepancies and other order-related issues.

• Coordinate product launches trainings and compliance refreshers with internal teams and key retailers.

• Manage and update all relevant sales tools (Outfield CRM Google Workspace etc.).

• Administer and troubleshoot Jettys sales platforms including Nabis CA.

• Serve as liaison between sales distribution (e.g. Nabis) and retail partners.

• Communicate directly with accounts and reps to confirm and resolve order details.

• Assist with onboarding and provide product education and support.

• Assist with dispensary engagement activities like vendor days and trainings.

• Scrub online menus of retail partners/competitors to assess opportunities. Flag and correct inconsistencies in pricing or presentation.

• Build reports on placements reorder cycles and sales goals.

• Analyze order frequency to flag at-risk accounts.

• Support post-promotion ROI and archive historical data.

• Use internal and third-party data to identify product trends and gaps.

• Maintain a retail target pipeline and provide insights for field sales.

• Share competitive and product positioning reports.

• Identify and prospect new retail accounts through outbound calls emails and other outreach while maintaining an active pipeline of prospective accounts.

• 13 years in cannabis sales support customer success or operations.

• Strong knowledge of the CA cannabis market.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in Google Suite Excel Data Analysis platforms CRM systems.

• Experience with digital menus and data platforms.

• Experience with Headset or BDSA.

• Background in financial or commission tracking.

• Technical skills for dashboards and automation.
