• Manage Inbound Inquiries: Answer incoming phone calls and digital requests from property owners experiencing water fire or mold emergencies.
• Qualify & Convert Leads: Assess customer needs through active listening pitch appropriate restoration services and convert inquiries into scheduled emergency jobs.
• Document Claim Details: Log precise loss information caller details and insurance data into the corporate CRM system.
• Dispatch Production Teams: Coordinate with local franchise production managers to ensure fast deployment of restoration crews to the loss site.
• Collaborate with Sales: Pass specialized or large-loss commercial leads to the field-based Business Development Team for follow-up.
• Follow Up: Track open leads and guide property owners through the initial intake funnel to ensure customer satisfaction.
  
  

• High school diploma/GED (preferred)
• Experience: Minimum of 12 years in customer service call center environments or inside sales roles.
• Communication: Strong active listening skills paired with an empathetic professional phone demeanor to handle stressed callers.
• Sales Aptitude: Ability to implement conversion strategies overcome pricing or timing objections and close sales.
• Tech Literacy: Proficiency with CRM systems ticketing software and fast data entry.
• Adaptability: Capability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced emergency-driven disaster recovery environment.
