Job Summary
Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative
Are you organized proactive and passionate about delivering excellent customer service Were looking for an Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative to support our customers process orders prepare quotes and help resolve issues quickly and professionally.
In this role youll collaborate with outside sales operations and other departments to create a smooth and positive customer experience.
What Youll Do
- Support existing customer accounts and build strong working relationships
- Prepare quotes and accurately process customer orders
- Respond to questions and resolve issues promptly and courteously
- Provide professional phone support
- Coordinate with outside sales operations and other departments to meet customer needs
- Support business development efforts
- Promote safety company culture and ethical practices
- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- One to two years of experience in customer service or working directly with the public
- Experience reading blueprints is preferred
- Experience in manufacturing and an office environment is preferred but not required
Physical Requirements
Candidates must be able to:
- Safely navigate a manufacturing environment
- Sit for extended periods with occasional standing and walking
- Use a computer and other standard office equipment

Salary Range: $22-$27 hourly
