Venture Home is seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Coordinatorto join our team in-office in Stamford CT! This is not a customer service role it is a sales positionfocused on outbound performance and generating. If you are a persistent communicator with a can do attitude we would like to hear from you.

We are looking for people who have experience generating leads over the phone. As an Inside Sales Representative you will be responsible for calling and educating homeowners on the benefits of solar qualifying them and scheduling free consultations for the outside sales team.

FULL-TIME
Please note that weekend availability is mandatory for both full-time tracks.

• Track 1: Thursday Monday

OR

• Track 2: Friday to Tuesday

11 AM - 8 PM EST.

Only candidates possessing the following requirements will be contacted:

• Minimum 12 years of outbound calling or inside sales experience.
• Strong computer literacy with a strong preference for Salesforce or CRM experience.
• Exceptional communication skills with a confident persuasive closing style.
• Must be locally based or able to commute to our Stamford CT office daily (no relocation assistance).

Job type: Full-time

Compensation:
Hourly Commissions
$65000 $80000 OTE (Base Uncapped Commission)
