Injury Prevention Specialist Part-time

Select Physical Therapy is seeking an engaging and enthusiastic Part-time Injury Prevention Specialist to join our team supporting a fast-paced airport hub at Sea-Tac Airport in SeaTac WA. This dynamic role integrates ergonomics employee education and coaching preventive exercise programs early intervention strategies and health and wellness services to reduce workplace injuries and enhance overall employee well-being.

Location: 17801 International Blvd SeaTac WA 98158

Type of Employment:Part-time

Schedule: Weekdays/Weekends hours vary

Compensation: $38.50 - $40.00 hourly based on years of experience

What will you be doing in this role

• Perform ergonomic assessments and provide recommendations for improvement
• Develop and deliver employee education and perform audits
• Conduct movement assessments and develop preventative exercise programs
• Engage with new hire employees on education ergonomics and injury prevention
• Deliver return-to-work program for employees returning from injury
• Provide early symptom intervention (ESI) care for employees
• Provide health and wellness coaching on a wide range of topics

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree
• Healthcare experience
• CPR certification
• Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal injury assessment and prevention interventions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in an industrial setting
