What Youll Do:
- Operate and monitor manual injection molding machines in a high-volume environment.
- Troubleshoot adjust and repair equipment using pneumatic and hydraulic expertise.
- Perform quality checks on molded parts and ensure products meet exact specifications.
- Assist with changeovers machine setup and preventive maintenance.
- Keep your work area clean organized and safe.
What Youll Bring:
- Required: Hands-on experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Previous manufacturing or production floor experience.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work a 12-hour rotating day shift (6:45 AM 7:15 PM).
- Comfortable with physical tasks and standing for long periods.
