Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Infrastructure Management Specialist with a strong background in Windows Administration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure ensuring optimal performance security and reliability. This role requires a proactive approach to problem solving and a commitment to delivering high quality support to our internal teams.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Windows Server environments ensuring high availability and performance.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to Windows infrastructure.
• Implement and manage security measures to protect the infrastructure from vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to support infrastructure related projects and initiatives.
• Document processes procedures and configurations for infrastructure management.
• Assist in capacity planning and resource allocation for infrastructure needs.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members and end users.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to infrastructure management.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong knowledge and hands on experience in Windows Administration.
• Proficiency in managing Windows Server environments ().
• Experience with Active Directory Group Policy and DNS management.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g. VMware Hyper V).
• Understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud services (e.g. AWS Azure).
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g. PowerShell Python).
• Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Certifications such as MCSA MCSE or equivalent are a plus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
