Job Summary
Endurance is growing! We are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer in Richmond to join our services team responsible for designing implementing and supporting modern infrastructure solutions for a diverse client base. This role serves as the lead engineer on infrastructure projects working across on-premises and cloud environments while providing advanced technical support and consulting.

- Work Arrangement: Hybrid/remote with up to 50% of travel to client sites
Key Responsibilities
- Lead implementation and migration projects involving servers networking cloud platforms and end-user technologies.
- Deploy configure and support Microsoft technologies including Active Directory Microsoft 365 Azure virtualization backup/recovery and security solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated infrastructure network and systems issues.
- Create technical documentation diagrams and project deliverables while adhering to industry best practices.
- Collaborate with project managers technical teams vendors and clients to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements
- 7 years of experience supporting and implementing IT infrastructure solutions.
- Managed services/consulting experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory Microsoft 365 Azure virtualization networking firewalls wireless technologies backup/recovery and IT security frameworks.
- Experience with cloud migrations infrastructure upgrades and technology modernization initiatives.
- Excellent troubleshooting communication and client-facing skills.
- Microsoft VMware Aruba or SonicWall certifications are a plus
