Job Description:
(NewCo Carve-outs Azure AWS M365 Network DevOps)

Required Experience:
15 years of IT Infrastructure experience including Architect-level responsibility for enterprise infrastructure solutions.
Proven experience designing and implementing large-scale infrastructure across Azure AWS M365 Networking Security Identity and DevOps domains.
Strong experience leading NewCo carve-outs M&A separations infrastructure stand-ups migrations and TSA exits.
Experience delivering data center and office network setups and hybrid cloud connectivity solutions.
Hands-on expertise with Azure Entra ID M365 Terraform Azure DevOps CI/CD Infrastructure-as-Code and automation frameworks.
Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles governance security resiliency and operational readiness.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams engage senior stakeholders and translate architecture designs into successful deployments.
