THE WORK:
- Youll collaborate with land use planning and development experts to streamline the end-to-end development process.
- Youll work across multiple teams and departments to eliminate gaps and ensure cohesive project execution.
- Youll lead cross-functional coordination during the review due diligence design and permitting phases of data center projects.
- Youll establish and manage delivery teams tailored to the specific needs of each development project.
- Youll bring commercial and practical experience to overcome complex land development challenges.
- Youll ensure development timelines are met to support the timely construction of critical infrastructure.
- Youll identify risks and proactively develop solutions to keep projects on track and within budget.
- Youll implement and enforce efficient development practices to achieve organizational business targets.
- Youll act as a central point of accountability for development-phase milestones across multiple projects.
- Youll communicate progress and challenges effectively to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.
- With all our roles there is some in-person time for collaboration learning and building relationships with clients peers leaders and communities. As an employer we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.
HERES WHAT YOULL NEED:
- Bachelors Degree in Architecture Engineering Planning or related field
- Minimum of 7 years direct experience in Land Development or consulting work in Land Development
- Minimum of 7 years experience in project management working on projects engaging directly with municipalities AHJs and utility districts to drive appropriate resolutions to development
- Minimum of 7 years of combined working experience in the land development design permitting and construction industrie.
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
- Direct data center development experience
- Experience in working through zoning land use and permitting in multiple markets
- Specific knowledge of land use planning and development including due diligence processes and contracting A/E design processes zoning permitting utility delivery and full entitlement
$120000 - $155000 a year
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors which may include but are not limited to the specific office location role skill set and level of experience. As required by local law Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois Maine Minnesota California Colorado District of Columbia Maryland Massachusetts New York New Jersey Ohio Virginia or Washington as set forth below.
