Job Summary
Essential Functions
Provide first-level IT help desk support to faculty staff and students via in-person telephone chat and email communication. Assist with troubleshooting and resolving hardware software and network issues. Perform setup configuration and maintenance of computers peripherals and classroom technology. Assist with network cabling and connectivity projects. Assist with the creation and maintenance of equipment inventory. Collaborate with IT team members on special projects and routine departmental operations. Perform other general duties as assigned within the Information Technology department. Promote a Culture of Belonging Support and promote an environment of belonging where all students faculty members and college employees feel welcomed valued and empowered to contribute. Foster a community where each individual and their varied perspectives enrich the educational experience and create a safe and respectful environment. Support the Colleges policies and programming related to access fair employment and equal opportunities for all.
Minimum Qualifications
High school graduate or equivalent
