Raytheon Advance Products Solution (APS) is seeking a proactive Information Systems Security Administrator who excels at delivering fast reliable technical assistance in person over the phone and this role with the Global ISR Sensors & Software business unit you will support and maintain both virtual and physical desktop environments across Windows and Linux systems perform routine maintenance such as security updates and patching and manage hardware and software assets throughout their lifecycle. You will provide user training create documentation administer accounts and permissions and monitor system performance to keep operations running smoothly. You will also work closely with Information Systems Security Engineers to deploy and validate new IT and security solutions while managing your workload independently within established priorities timelines and service level expectations. This position will be ONSITE in WESTFORD MA. No relocation will be available for this position.

What You Will Do :

• Experience supporting Windows and Linux operating systems including virtual and physical desktop environments.

• Obtain CompTIA Security (or equivalent certification) within 90 days of employment.

• Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to train and support end users.

• Experience with the Atlassian toolset (Jira Bitbucket Confluence) is a plus.

• Software Engineering & Development support experience

The salary range for this role is 86800 USD - 165200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including but not limited to individual performance business unit performance and/or the companys performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
