Position: Information Systems Architect Advanced
Location: 100% Remote (must reside in the U.S.; occasional travel as required)
Duration: 12 Months (possibility of extension)
Seeking an Information Systems Architect (Advanced) to support Health-IT initiatives. This role requires deep expertise in Electronic Health Records (EHR) healthcare data standards enterprise applications and multi-tiered system architectures. The architect will provide technical leadership guide emerging technology adoption and collaborate with technical teams management vendors and clients to deliver scalable and secure healthcare IT solutions.
Design plan and oversee Health-IT system architecture including EHR HIE and EMAR platforms.
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies.
Direct and review the work of technical staff; ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Manage relationships with clients vendors and cross-functional teams.
Apply knowledge of enterprise applications data management networks security and hardware in healthcare settings.
10 years of experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR).
5 years working with Nextgen EHR PM and EDR.
Nextgen Certification required.
Strong knowledge of ICD-9/ICD-10.
5 years of experience with healthcare-specific data interface standards and health information exchange (HIE) technologies.
Bachelors degree in a related field.
Experience with SQL.
Experience with Crystal Reports eMAR Mirth PACs CIPS/Fusion or Merge.
Familiarity with HL7 standards

Access to a virtual desktop set up (software) will be provided by Lumens client allowing the user access to the required systems and technology.***
