About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking an Information Security Manager (Identity & Access Management) to lead the strategic direction operational execution and continuous evolution of the IAM Onboarding Integration and Validation organization. This leader will be responsible for ensuring enterprise applications platforms and technology solutions are effectively validated as onboarded and integrated into the firms IAM ecosystem while maintaining strong security controls regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
The successful candidate will serve as a key liaison between cybersecurity technology application owners risk management compliance audit and business stakeholders to ensure identity and access controls are implemented consistently validated thoroughly and aligned with enterprise security policies and standards. This leader will drive assessment and validation activities for onboarding of applications into IAM services and capabilities champion automation opportunities and ensure access governance processes effectively mitigate risk while enabling business growth and digital transformation.
This role requires a strong combination of technical expertise strategic leadership and operational discipline. The Information Security Manager will oversee complex IAM onboarding and integration initiatives ensuring applications are properly connected to enterprise identity governance solutions access management platforms authentication services and lifecycle management processes. The individual will be accountable for driving validation activities that confirm entitlement structures provisioning controls role models segregation of duties requirements and identity data accuracy meet security compliance and operational expectations.
The leader will establish and execute a comprehensive strategy focused on improving application onboarding efficiency integration quality data integrity control effectiveness and customer experience. They will proactively identify assess and resolve challenges risks and control gaps while driving accountability across multiple technology and business organizations. This individual must possess the ability to translate complex technical security concepts into meaningful business outcomes and provide strategic guidance to senior leaders regarding IAM-related risks priorities and remediation plans.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading enterprise IAM validation programs across a diverse application portfolio for onboarding and integration.
- Manage and develop a team of individual contributors with moderate complexity and risk
- Support adoption of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) authentication authorization and access certification capabilities.
- Establishing governance processes to ensure applications meet onboarding standards security control requirements and data quality expectations.
- Overseeing validation activities to confirm identity data accuracy entitlement integrity provisioning effectiveness and compliance with regulatory and internal policy requirements.
- Identifying opportunities to streamline onboarding workflows through automation standardization and continuous process improvement.
- Managing onboarding validation pipelines operational metrics service-level objectives and program performance reporting.
- Partnering with risk compliance audit and cybersecurity organizations to address findings implement corrective actions and strengthen IAM controls.
- Lead team to achieve objectives
This leader will build and develop a high-performing team of IAM professionals responsible for onboarding integration validation governance and operational support activities. They will foster a culture of accountability ownership continuous improvement innovation and talent development while ensuring the organization remains focused on delivering secure scalable and compliant IAM services that protect the enterprise and support strategic business objectives.
The ideal candidate demonstrates deep expertise in Identity and Access Management Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) application onboarding identity lifecycle management entitlement management access certifications role-based access control privileged access concepts and regulatory compliance. They possess a proven record of leading large-scale IAM programs influencing senior stakeholders driving operational transformation and delivering sustainable security outcomes across complex enterprise environments.
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of Information Security Analysis experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience training military experience education
- 2 years of Leadership experience
- 3 years of Identity Access Management experience
Desired Qualifications:
- 5 years of Identity Access Management experience preferred
- 3 years of Technology or Business controls experience
- 3 years related work experience in financial industry operations or systems.
- Strong understanding of IAM frameworks identity governance and security best practices.
- Experience with IAM technologies such as Saviynt Microsoft Azure AD CyberArk Okta or similar platforms.
- Experience with authentication protocols (SAML OAuth OpenID Connect LDAP) and compliance frameworks.
- Experience leading complex cross functional initiatives across multiple organizational departments/divisions to successful outcomes
- Proven ability to conceptualize drive and deliver multiple concurrent projects on time
- CISSP CISM or other relevant information security professional certifications.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance skills experience or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$119000.00 - $206000.00Benefits
