USALCO LLC is a major producer with an extensive manufacturing network and a leading provider of aluminum-based component products used in water treatment pulp and paper manufacturing the making of catalysts for oil refining the housing market and other sectors. The right individual will have a can-do attitude the ability to be part of a team while operating independently and consistently performs to very high standards.

JOB SUMMARY:

A versatile industrial mechanic installs troubleshoots and repairs complex factory machinery spanning mechanical electrical hydraulic and pneumatic systems. This multi-skilled role requires performing preventative maintenance executing emergency repairs to minimize downtime and adapting quickly to diverse plant equipment and new technologies.

• Diagnose and Repair: Find the root cause of equipment failures in motors conveyors pumps and automated lines then fix or replace parts.
• Preventative Maintenance: Run routine checks clean and lubricate parts and service systems to stop unexpected breakdowns.
• Cross-Discipline Tasks: Handle basic electrical troubleshooting pipe fitting and welding as needed.
• System Testing: Test run repaired machinery to verify safe and correct operational performance.
• Documentation: Log maintenance tasks and order replacement parts using computerized tracking systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Core Competencies: Strong mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of hydraulics pneumatics and basic industrial electricity.
• Blueprint Literacy: Ability to read technical manuals schematics and blueprints.
• Tool Proficiency: Skilled with hand tools power tools precision measuring instruments and welding gear.
• Experience: High school diploma plus trade school certification or proven hands-on industrial maintenance experience.
