If youre ready to build something that makes a difference be part of a team that protects what matters Youll Do: As an Industrial Maintenance Technician III you will serve as a key technical expert responsible for maintaining troubleshooting and improving production equipment and facility systems. You will play a critical role in minimizing downtime improving equipment reliability and ensuring a safe efficient manufacturing environment. This position works independently on complex issues while supporting continuous improvement and mentoring team as a technical expert performing advanced maintenance troubleshooting and repair on production equipment facility systems and complex mechanical electrical pneumatic and facility issues and implement lasting and support preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability and reduce repairs overhauls upgrades and installations on machinery and facility systems with minimal with Manufacturing Engineering Operations and Production teams to quickly resolve equipment issues and support production and interpret blueprints electrical schematics and technical drawings to perform repairs modifications and equipment fabricate and modify jigs fixtures and tooling to improve safety efficiency and maintenance activities with internal teams and external vendors to ensure work is completed safely and accurate maintenance records inspections and documentation to support compliance and operational facility systems including electrical plumbing mechanical and safety technical guidance and mentorship to Maintenance Technician I and II team continuous improvement initiatives equipment upgrades and facility to urgent maintenance needs to ensure safe operations and minimize production Were Looking For:35 years of industrial maintenance experience technical education apprenticeship or equivalent hands-on experience in a manufacturing troubleshooting skills across mechanical electrical pneumatic and facility working with industrial equipment motor controls and production to read and interpret electrical schematics blueprints and technical supporting preventive maintenance programs and equipment reliability to safely operate maintenance tools shop equipment forklifts and problem-solving skills and ability to work to mentor and support junior maintenance computer skills and ability to maintain maintenance certification degree or apprenticeship in industrial maintenance electrical or mechanical field with PLCs VFDs and electrical troubleshooting In It For You:Join a company that truly values its employees!
