Location:
Albion Michigan This is a full-time on-site position where youll work hands-on with modern manufacturing equipment alongside a collaborative production team.

Note:
Applicants must have at least 2 years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment and strong electrical hydraulic pneumatic and mechanical troubleshooting skills.

Job Description

• Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical hydraulic pneumatic and mechanical systems.
• Minimize equipment downtime through timely diagnostics and repairs.
• Partner with production teams to identify equipment issues and improve reliability.
• Document maintenance activities and update assigned work orders.
• Assist with installation and setup of new manufacturing equipment.
• Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a safe work environment.
• Identify opportunities to improve maintenance processes and equipment performance.

Qualifications

• 2 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong troubleshooting experience with electrical hydraulic pneumatic and mechanical systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical degree or maintenance certification preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on safety and continuous improvement.
