Industrial Maintenance Technician (1st Shift)

Your expertise will help reduce downtime improve productivity and support continuous improvement DescriptionWork with Engineering team to troubleshoot numerically controlled and repair manufacturing equipment processes and systems on all types of machine equipment which include mechanical hydraulics pneumatics and machine malfunctions disassemble and determine extent of repairs necessary estimate labor time purchase or make repair parts and conduct test and release preventive maintenance operations including inspecting drives motors and belts check fluid levels replace filters worn parts and clean and lubricate safety standards and complete scheduled inspections for all and repair the facility which may include utility plumbing HVAC electrical carpentry and with installation of capital equipment and electrical wiring systems in a safe timely and competent painting sheet metal work welding as School Diploma/GED Five or more years experience in manufacturing equipment repair are working knowledge in troubleshooting and repair of mechanical hydraulic pneumatic and electrical machines is required. Experience with Electronical maintenance work order system have basic math and computer skills. Ability to weld fabricate repair and install equipment. Must be able to read write speak and understand basic Demand RequirementsRegularly required to stand walk bend and lift; use hands to finger handle or feel objects tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; The employee is occasionally required to sit reach above shoulders climb stairs; balance; stoop kneel crouch or crawl; talk or hear; taste or smell. The employee must lift and/or move objects up to 70 pounds.
