Were looking for an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join a precision manufacturing operation in Solon. This is a hands-on role focused primarily on keeping CNC machine tools running reliable and production-ready.

What Youll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair CNC lathes mills grinders and machining centers
• Diagnose mechanical electrical motor electronic and control issues
• Troubleshoot CNC controls PLC-controlled equipment VFDs servo motors and spindle motors
• Perform preventive maintenance inspections cleanings and scheduled machine service
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtime
• Assist with machine installations relocations and OEM service work
• Support general facility maintenance as needed
• Occasionally operate production equipment when maintenance work is caught up

What Were Looking For

• Industrial maintenance experience in a CNC machine shop tool & die aerospace or precision manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience maintaining or repairing CNC machine tools
• Working knowledge of PLCs CNC controls motors VFDs hydraulics and pneumatics
• Ability to read electrical diagrams machine manuals and technical documentation
• Self-motivated technician who can diagnose problems and work independently
