During this12-monthrotational programassociates work withrisk managementprofessionals tomaintainPNCs emphasison effective risk management while adhering totheenterprise risk appetite.Associates willengage inacollaborative environmentgaining hands-on experiencewith thekey components ofPNCsrisk framework. Your involvement willinclude activitiessuch asdataanalysis and metrics policy and proceduresdevelopmentresearch communicationsreporting and participation in meetings with key regulatory stakeholders.
The programcontainsfourrotationsincludingan Enterprise Risk or an Operational Riskrotationas well as having an opportunity to rotate through any of the areas below. This willprovide exposure to different areas within IRMand acrossPNC.

Minimum GPA 3.2.
Roles at this level are filled by recent university/college graduates with little or no professionalexperience butpossessingrelevant skills.
As an associate in theIRMdevelopment program:.
Performs orassistswith the core activities of the group by applying knowledge learned to drive business results (e.g. process support internal or external customer interaction or supporting internal projects).Works undersupervision andmay have limited approval and/or exception authority.
Participates in social learning within the organization (e.g.identifiesand networks with business representatives and peersparticipatesin mentoring jobshadowingand community outreach projects).
Participates in formal learning (e.g. classroom web-based or virtual) and completes related activities and projects.
Supports the internal and external customer experience byalways providing excellent service; takes accountability and ensures problem resolution.
