Inclusion & Belonging Manager

As the Inclusion and Belonging Manager youll help bring Best Buys inclusion and belonging strategy to life across the this role youll lead high-impact initiatives build strong partnerships and help create experiences where employees and customers feel welcomed and valued. Youll work closely with leaders and cross-functional teams to turn ideas into action manage key projects and use insights to drive meaningful results. This is a hybrid position based in our Corporate Office in Richfield Minnesota. Candidates must live within a commutable distance of the Corporate Office.

What youll do

• Lead and deliver key Inclusion & Belonging programs and initiatives from planning through execution
• Build relationships with partners across the company to align priorities and drive results
• Create presentations communications and materials for senior leaders and strategic planning efforts
• Help shape more inclusive customer experiences by collaborating with teams across the business
• Manage the Inclusion & Belonging budget reporting and operational processes
• Use data and insights to identify opportunities and recommend improvements

Basic qualifications

• 3 years of experience in project management program management strategy HR inclusion and belonging or a related field
• 3 years of experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders
• Experience developing presentations communications and recommendations for leadership audiences
• Experience managing budgets timelines risks and project deliverables
• Strong analytical communication and relationship-building skills

Preferred qualifications

• Bachelors degree
