About Firecrawl

Firecrawl is the easiest way to turn the web into data AI agents can use. One API call converts any URL into clean LLM-ready markdown or structured data - the boring-hard problem everyone building with LLMs eventually hits solved.

We hit 8 figures in ARR in year one and more than doubled it in year two. We have 175k GitHub stars and developers agents and category-defining AI companies build on us every day. Growth like this is rare and were just getting started.

Were a small team punching far above our weight. Everyone here owns a real piece of the product and company end to end and runs it themselves - no hiding behind process or headcount.

This is a place for people who want to work at the frontier: an AI company building the infrastructure other AI companies run on not one bolting AI onto an existing product. We move fast go deep and are building the tools superintelligence will rely on to gather data from the web.

What Youll Do
  • Make sure Firecrawl shows up where it matters AI overviews Google and the answers LLMs give when someone asks how to solve the problem we solve

  • Own and tune content across the blog landing pages homepage and language pages so each surface pulls its weight

  • Build a repeatable read on what actually drives visibility instead of shipping on vibes and best-practice folklore

  • Write content technical enough that developers trust it and clear enough that a model can extract the answer from it

What Were Looking For
  • Youve grown organic traffic for a technical or developer-facing product and you can point at the numbers

  • Youve already been experimenting with how content shows up in AI answers not because someone assigned it but because you find it interesting

  • Youre comfortable in analytics: you can form a hypothesis run the change and read whether it worked

  • You write well enough that developers dont bounce and youre technical enough to understand what youre writing about

  • Youd rather ship measure and iterate than perfect a content strategy deck

What Were NOT Looking For
  • A content calendar operator who measures success in posts published

  • Someone who treats SEO as a checklist rather than an experiment

  • Someone who cant get technical enough to write credibly about an API product

  • Someone who needs a fully-specced brief to start

A Note On Pace

We operate at an absurd level of urgency because the window for what were building wont stay open forever. If that excites you keep reading. If it doesnt no hard feelings but this role probably isnt for you.
