In-House maintenance Technician

Were looking for a reliable hands-on In-House Maintenance Technician to join our team. Youll be the go-to person for keeping our facility kitchen and equipment running smoothly from general repairs and plumbing to commercial kitchen equipment like TurboChef ovens freezers/refrigeration units and coffee machines.

No specific certification on our equipment is required we provide full trainingon TurboChef ovens refrigeration systems and coffee/beverage equipment. What matters most is a strong general maintenance/handyman background and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

Perform general facility maintenance and repairs (plumbing minor electrical carpentry painting drywall power washing etc.)

Diagnose and repair kitchen equipment including TurboChef ovens freezers refrigerators and coffee machines

Conduct routine preventive maintenance and inspections on equipment and building systems

Respond promptly to maintenance requests and equipment breakdowns

Maintain an inventory of tools parts and supplies

Coordinate with outside vendors/contractors for specialized repairs when needed

Keep accurate maintenance logs and repair records

Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes

Assist with setup/breakdown for facility needs as required

Qualifications

Proven experience as a maintenance technician handyman or similar role

Working knowledge of basic plumbing repair (leaks clogs fixtures etc.)

Comfortable troubleshooting mechanical and electrical equipment

Experience with commercial kitchen or refrigeration equipment is a plus but not required training provided

Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and manage time/priorities

Good communication skills

Ability to lift 50lbsand perform physical tasks (bending climbing ladders standing for extended periods)

Valid drivers license
