In House Greeter

Welcome families and greet guests in the lobby and provide friendly consistent customer service.
Provide informative and friendly assistance with the check-in process.
Always maintain a professional and approachable demeanor and anticipate guest needs
proactively.
Offer expert knowledge about our resort amenities and local attractions.
Enter tour guest information into the computer accurately and quickly.
Coordinate with sales representatives to ensure they pick up their assigned tours.
Assist sales departments when needed.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

Must have the ability to establish rapport with guests and project an outgoing welcoming personality.
